Announcement About BCA Personnel Change

Beginning in August, a change in our U.S. personnel structure will occur as Aaron Boeving, our current Executive Director, will transition to become the Director of Operations & Communications. This will be a part-time position meant to plan, direct, and coordinate the necessary functions, administration, and communication in support of the ministry of BCA.

This change in structure is meant to accomplish two goals. First, this allows Aaron Boeving to pursue serving in pastoral ministry again, even potentially alongside his role with BCA. Second, this allows BCA to explore hiring a new position that would primarily focus on the fundraising and development needs of the organization. As a small non-profit organization in the U.S., BCA works to be as streamlined and efficient in its personnel as possible. However, as the organization continues to grow, it has become apparent that a new position primarily dedicated to the fundraising and development needs of the organization is crucial. During this transition, we ask for your continued prayers for BCA. More details will be forth coming in regards to this new position focussing on fundraising and development.

As always, we thank you for your continued faithfulness to the ministry of BCA. By God’s grace, BCA would simply not exist without you.

With blessings and gratitude,

The BCA U.S. Board of Directors
