BCA Staff Transitions

With the close of May comes new transitions for the U.S. staff. Aaron Boeving, who has served as executive director for BCA, will be leaving to take a position at First Baptist Church in Covington, GA. Also, Emily Vancil, wife of BCA board member Nathan Vancil, will be joining the BCA staff as Director of Communications on June 1, overseeing communications, donor relations, as well as various administrative tasks.

About this transition, BCA President, Martin Winslow, says:
Bethlehem Christian Academy owes a debt gratitude to the Boeving family for their faithful service over the last three years. Aaron Boeving has done a fantastic job as executive director of BCA and has made some great changes. He has also been able to build several partnerships with churches. We are grateful for his service and excited that he has been called as executive pastor of First Baptist Church in Covington, GA. We are also excited to announce that Emily Vancil will be starting June 1 as Director of Communications, and we are thrilled that she is now a part of the BCA family.

Thank you for continuing to support BCA through the years and we hope that you will join us in praying for the Boeving family and BCA during this transition.

More Ways to Pray for BCA:

  • Continue to pray for the health and safety of our students and staff in light of the continued effect of Covid-19 in Zambia.
  • Pray for the continued construction progress of the lab building at our secondary school as well as a future construction project coming up this year at our northern campus in Zambia.
  • Pray for God’s protection for a team traveling to Zambia in mid-July.

2021 Building Fund Goal Met!

We are thrilled to announce that our building fund goal for 2021 has been met! This fund is going toward the construction of a new lab building for our secondary school in Zambia, as well as a new academic building for our campus in northern Zambia. Construction is nearing completion for the lab building, and we hope that construction will begin on the new academic building this summer. Praise the Lord!
Thank you to everyone who has given to these projects!
